On 24–25 June, Warsaw hosted the Security Research Event (SRE) 2025 at EXPO XXI — the EU’s leading forum bringing together industry leaders, policy makers, security practitioners, researchers, and critical infrastructure operators to discuss how EU research and innovation can address evolving security threats and protect our democratic values and fundamental rights.
The main theme of the 2025 edition was “Boosting Security through EU-Based Innovation”.
Alongside the conference sessions, the event featured an exhibition area with more than 50 booths showcasing innovative solutions developed under various EU-funded programmes.
